It is amazing how many websites are dedicated to this astounding cheese. www.roquefort.fr being one of the many. I'm giving a presentation on it tonight in my French class. I CANT BELIEVE that our final is next Wednesday! And Professor Wells is leaving. Sigh. Figures that I only find out how great he is when his contract is up! I hope the presentation goes well.. I wrote some witty stuff..but I cant READ my notecards..so I had better remember what I wrote.
